Posting Requirements
All employers are required to display certain posters, such as the Payday Notice, Harassment/Discrimination Posters, Safety and Health Posters, Notice of Workers' Compensation Carrier, Notice of Unemployment Insurance and Disability Insurance, Emergency Phone Numbers, Employee Polygraph Protection Act, Notice of Time Off to Vote, State and Federal Minimum Wage Posters, and Industrial Welfare Commission Orders. This list is not exhaustive and many employers will have additional requirements. Notices or information sheets regarding sexual harassment, disability insurance, unemployment insurance, state health insurance programs, workers' compensation and a termination notice also are legally required.
